Ambition is a funny thing and people aspire to different things. Some, for instance, would like to be a beefeater, others a barker at a fairground - or a milkman. On the other hand, some ladies would like to be flower sellers in Covent Garden. Some (who we won't speak of) want to go into crime and become fences and thieves.

It might surprise you to know (and then maybe it won't) that our members have been all these at one time or another - and hundreds of other characters in the musicals we perform - and it could be the same for you.

You could also, of course, be a dressmaker, a scene shifter or even a tea maker, for we are always in need of valuable behind-the-scenes workers as well as those whose desire is to be on the stage.
